Aranha Property Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aranha Contracting, a company founded by Glenroy Aranha in the mid to late 1980s. Following his retirement in 2020, the company continues to excel in the construction practice while also expanding into the realm of real estate development and property management. Guided by his daughter, Lindsey Arahna, who is a certified public accountant and a certified property manager, the company embraces a comprehensive approach to business, family, and wealth-building. Building upon her father’s legacy, Lindsey has introduced innovative systems and processes that have streamlined operations, facilitated the introduction of new services, and expanded product offerings.
